Mayor Sadiq Khan, Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley, Councillor Jas Athwal, leader of Redbridge Council, and Lib Peck, Director of the Violence Reduction Unit visited the home of Box Up Crime in Ilford to discuss initiatives such as Box Up Crime working to reduce youth violence in the capital.
Box Up Crime celebrated its 9 year and the launch of a new unique state of the art boxing gym in one of the biggest primary schools in the UK with a Family Fun Day. The celebration was a huge success with activities for children, food and fun for all.
